A nice, cozy beach house that makes it ideal for a quiet, relaxed stay. The private beach is quiet and private, with great sunsets and plenty of space to walk along the shore. The house is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, so it’s easy to settle in and cook if you want.

We loved our stay. The beach front is away from crowds and it felt like we had the entire beach strip to ourselves. While, the house was rustic, it worked best for us and it was very clean and homey. The caretaker was helpful but wasn't intrusive and gave us our privacy. A true hidden gem for a romantic escape! Highly recommend.

Staying at Magnolia House was wonderful. It opens onto a serene stretch of beach. The host takes such care to make sure your stay is special. I stayed with my partner and 3 children and we had a fantastic time. It was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and we will remember the opportunity to stay right on the beach forever.

Small 2 bedroom house (sleeps 6) on the beach. What a pleasure to experience this luxury for a few days. The children had a blast playing in the sand. The beach is huge and very uncrowded. The waves were very big we saw no one swimming, we walked a little (5/10 min) to find a calmer place to go in the water. The house is well equipped, as is the kitchen. Kanda's services are appreciable. He is very available when needed.

The house deserves a little refreshment, paintwork is crumbling in places. The proximity to the road makes a room particularly noisy. This did not make us regret our choice.

Our property is located directly on the main coastal road, offering easy access to the beautiful beach just 100 meters away. The beach is a short walk behind the house, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy the ocean and nearby natural rock pools for safe swimming. A private pool is currently being built on the adjoining One Bedroom House during May and June. Construction runs weekdays 8am–5pm only — evenings, nights and weekends are completely peaceful. This is reflected in our current pricing of the Two Bedroom House. Please inform Magnolia House Mirissa of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
